There are many herbs and spices (too many to list here) that GOD has provided to help us feel better when we are not feeling well.

The pharmaceutical companies do not want you to know how good herbs and spices are because there is no big profit to be made.

There is no reason (except in a critical emergency) for anyone to take a man-made drug.

Herbs and spices work with the body as opposed to drugs that may fix one problem and cause several other problems.

Drugs work against the body’s healing processes and functions.

Do your own research on the many herbs and spices and you will be very amazed at the benefits they offer. Some other herbs and spices to consider are Basil, Cilantro, Marjoram, Tarragon, and Peppermint.
